Imagem PMMG.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Caminhoneiro, de 57 anos, matou um assaltante durante troca de tiros em posto de combust\u00edveis de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o da Vista, na Fern\u00e3o Dias. Criminosos teriam tentado roubar a carga por volta de 3h30 desta quarta-feira (8\/1), no posto, no km 843 do bairro Furnas. Helic\u00f3ptero da PM sobrevoa a regi\u00e3o para tentar localizar assaltantes envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>O caminhoneiro disse \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Militar (PM) que um ve\u00edculo suspeito seguiu o caminh\u00e3o dele, ap\u00f3s a escolta contratada voltar ao ponto de origem em Pouso Alegre. Ele dirigiu at\u00e9 o posto de combust\u00edveis, para ficar seguro.<\/p>\n<p>Ao chegar no posto, o caminhoneiro estacionou e desceu do ve\u00edculo para observar. Ele disse que ao ser fechado por um caminh\u00e3o \u00e0 frente e um carro atr\u00e1s do ve\u00edculo dele, pegou a pistola e foi\u00a0abordado por um dos assaltantes, tamb\u00e9m armado.<\/p>\n<p>Ele disse que reagiu atirando e acertou um dos assaltantes. Os outros criminosos revidaram com tiros e fugiram em um ve\u00edculo. O criminoso baleado tinha 41 anos e morreu no local. A PM procura inicialmente dois suspeitos foragidos.<\/p>\n<p>O local foi isolado para trabalho da per\u00edcia. A arma do caminhoneiro \u00e9 uma pistola Taurus calibre 9mm, que foi apreendida. A Pol\u00edcia Rodovi\u00e1ria Federal deu apoio \u00e0 ocorr\u00eancia e informou que ele tem registro de Colecionador, Atirador Desportivo e Ca\u00e7ador (CAC).<\/p>\n<p>O motorista est\u00e1 sob cust\u00f3dia da Pol\u00edcia Militar de S\u00e3o Sebasti\u00e3o da Bela Vista. A PM disse que ele teria agido em leg\u00edtima defesa. O caso ser\u00e1 investigado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil.
