J\u00e1 faltam medicamentos utilizados para manter as pessoas em ventila\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica e j\u00e1 come\u00e7am a faltar <strong>oxig\u00eanio<\/strong>. As equipes de sa\u00fade tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o exaustas.<\/p>\n<p>As afirma\u00e7\u00f5es foram dadas por diretores dos tr\u00eas hospitais que atendem pessoas infectadas com o coronav\u00edrus, que participaram de uma reuni\u00e3o, neste domingo (28), com o prefeito de Pouso Alegre Rafael Sim\u00f5es (DEM), e a secret\u00e1ria de Sa\u00fade, S\u00edlvia Regina Pereira. O prefeito pediu o relato de cada diretor de hospitais para ver se a popula\u00e7\u00e3o se consciente do momento que a pandemia est\u00e1 na cidade.<\/p>\n<p>O m\u00e9dico e diretor do Hospital Renascentista, Andrei Alkimin Teixeira, afirma que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 cr\u00edtica e chegaram ao limite, nesses \u00faltimos dias. \u201cEm rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos pacientes cr\u00edticos de UTI, as interna\u00e7\u00f5es cl\u00ednicas em quartos e enfermarias, bem como o suporte medicamentoso e de oxig\u00eanio que est\u00e1 em limites cr\u00edticos. Al\u00e9m do cansa\u00e7o da equipe que est\u00e1 extenuada e precisa de apoio para vencer essa fase\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor cl\u00ednico do hospital, Ricardo Alkimin Teixeira, o sistema hospitalar est\u00e1 saturado. O momento agora \u00e9 tentar diminuir a quantidade de pessoas que est\u00e3o buscando os hospitais de Pouso Alegre. \u201cSe os hospitais est\u00e3o saturados e continuar chegando pacientes, certamente, o sistema entrar\u00e1 em colapso\u201d, afirma o m\u00e9dico e ressalta os cuidados que as pessoas devem tomar para evitar a Covid para n\u00e3o precisar do atendimento hospitalar.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor do hospital Santa Paula, Adilson Fraga, foi ainda mais enf\u00e1tico na falta de medicamentos para tratar os pacientes com o coronav\u00edrus e pediu que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o ajude. \u201cJ\u00e1 estamos contando com falta de medicamentos; insumos b\u00e1sicos dentro dos hospitais\u201d, conta.<\/p>\n<p>O Hospital das Cl\u00ednicas Samuel Lib\u00e2nio (HCSL) \u00e9 a refer\u00eancia para o atendimento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o de Pouso Alegre e regi\u00e3o. Mas sua capacidade j\u00e1 foi ultrapassada e os outros dois hospitais da cidade come\u00e7aram a atender mais pessoas com a Covid. O diretor t\u00e9cnico do Samuel Lib\u00e2nio, Alexandre Hueb, diz que as pessoas n\u00e3o est\u00e3o entendendo o que est\u00e1 acontecendo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00f3s nunca tivemos uma quantidade t\u00e3o grande de pessoas contaminadas com a Covid como estamos tendo agora. Vir a p\u00fablico para pedir para as pessoas usar \u00e1lcool em gel e fazer isolamento social \u00e9 um absurdo\u201d, reclama o m\u00e9dico.<\/p>\n<p>O diretor do HCSL afirma que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais como internar pacientes em UTI. \u201cN\u00e3o temos mais condi\u00e7\u00f5es de acomodar as pessoas criticamente enfermas em ambiente de hospital. Por mais que que nos desdobremos, n\u00e3o tem mais espa\u00e7o. Estamos com dificuldades de utilizar medicamentos que mant\u00eam as pessoas conectadas ao ventilador [mec\u00e2nico]; estamos com dificuldades de obter oxig\u00eanio que mant\u00eam essas pessoas vivas\u201d, explica Alexandre Hueb.<\/p>\n<p>A secret\u00e1ria de Sa\u00fade de Pouso Alegre, S\u00edlvia Regina Pereira, fala da exaust\u00e3o dos profissionais de sa\u00fade e que as for\u00e7as chegaram ao limite. \u201cN\u00f3s clamamos, cuide de voc\u00ea, cuide de sua fam\u00edlia. Nas Unidades de Terapia Intensiva (UTIs), s\u00e3o 70 pacientes internados, o que representa 122% de taxa de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o. S\u00e3o 53 pacientes de Pouso Alegre e 17 de outras cidades.<\/p>\n<p>Na enfermaria a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m excede os leitos disponibilizados para tratamento de Covid, com 110 pacientes internados (119%). Sendo 80 moradores de Pouso Alegre e 30 pacientes de outras cidades.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16pt;\">Recorde na semana<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contabilizando as informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos quatro boletins da semana, Pouso Alegre teve sua pior semana de cont\u00e1gio e mortes pela Covid, desde o in\u00edcio da pandemia.
