O processo tramita sob o n\u00famero 5001123-77.2026.8.13.0525.<\/p>\n<p>Lucas da Cruz Gomes foi levado a julgamento pela acusa\u00e7\u00e3o de homic\u00eddio qualificado. Segundo a den\u00fancia, o crime teria sido cometido por motivo considerado f\u00fatil e com uso de um recurso que dificultou ou impediu a defesa da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o julgamento, foram ouvidas testemunhas e o r\u00e9u tamb\u00e9m foi interrogado.\u00a0O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico pediu que Lucas fosse condenado pelo crime conforme a decis\u00e3o que o levou a julgamento, mantendo as duas qualificadoras. A acusa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m pediu que fosse aplicada a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de pena prevista para casos em que a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do r\u00e9u no crime \u00e9 considerada de menor import\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n<p>A defesa, por outro lado, afirmou que Lucas n\u00e3o foi o autor do crime e pediu que ele fosse absolvido. Com base na decis\u00e3o do Conselho de Senten\u00e7a, o juiz condenou o r\u00e9u pelo crime de homic\u00eddio qualificado.<\/p>\n<p>Na defini\u00e7\u00e3o da pena, o juiz estabeleceu inicialmente 15 anos de pris\u00e3o, levando em conta fatores considerados desfavor\u00e1veis ao r\u00e9u, como a culpabilidade, a personalidade e as duas qualificadoras reconhecidas no julgamento.<\/p>\n<p>Depois, foi aplicada uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas anos pela participa\u00e7\u00e3o de menor import\u00e2ncia. Com isso, a pena final ficou em 12 anos de pris\u00e3o, em regime inicialmente fechado.<\/p>\n<h3>Indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 fam\u00edlia<\/h3>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos 12 anos de pris\u00e3o, a senten\u00e7a determinou o pagamento de R$ 10 mil como valor m\u00ednimo para repara\u00e7\u00e3o dos danos causados pelo crime, destinado aos representantes da v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m determinou que a pena comece a ser cumprida, mantendo Lucas preso. Segundo a reportagem publicada pelo Terra do Mandu em 11 de julho de 2024, uma motocicleta com duas pessoas se aproximou do estabelecimento por volta das 9h.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">O garupa desceu da moto sem retirar o capacete, entrou no estabelecimento e efetuou pelo menos 15 disparos contra Wadisson, que estava sentado dentro da empresa. Depois, o atirador retornou \u00e0 motocicleta e fugiu com o comparsa.\u00a0O rapaz era propriet\u00e1rio da empresa de motot\u00e1xi.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Homem \u00e9 executado com 15 tiros em empresa de motot\u00e1xi no bairro S\u00e3o Geraldo, em Pouso Alegre\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/A1x3LuNJP7w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2>Dois suspeitos foram presos meses depois<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Em 29 de janeiro de 2025, cerca de seis meses ap\u00f3s o assassinato, a <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/index.php\/pc-prende-dois-suspeitos-de-matar-dono-de-mototaxi-em-pouso-alegre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pol\u00edcia Civil de Minas Gerais prendeu dois suspeitos<\/a><\/span>, de 25 e 27 anos, investigados pelo homic\u00eddio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Segundo reportagem do Terra do Mandu publicada na \u00e9poca, um dos suspeitos foi localizado em uma oficina no bairro S\u00e3o Geraldo. O outro foi preso enquanto conduzia o ve\u00edculo utilizado no crime.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, foram apreendidos celulares e um ve\u00edculo. Os dois homens foram levados para a Delegacia de Pol\u00edcia Civil e posteriormente encaminhados ao sistema prisional de Pouso Alegre.<\/p>\n<p>Vale destacar que o atirador do crime ainda ser\u00e1 julgado.
