A iniciativa foi realizada no s\u00e1bado (19\/9), na Pra\u00e7a Senador Jos\u00e9 Bento, e reuniu estudantes, fam\u00edlias e representantes de institui\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras.<\/p>\n<p>As mudas foram produzidas com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de alunos do Col\u00e9gio Anglo Pouso Alegre e distribu\u00eddas \u00e0 comunidade em uma a\u00e7\u00e3o do Rotary Club de Pouso Alegre-Sul, em parceria com a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Ensino Superior do Vale do Sapuca\u00ed (FUVS).<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa faz parte do Projeto Ra\u00edzes do Futuro, que busca unir educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, voluntariado e participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos jovens em a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do meio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEste projeto \u00e9 focado em sustentabilidade e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental. A proposta \u00e9 manter uma iniciativa permanente de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e envolver os estudantes no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e cuidado com as plantas.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o presidente do Rotary Club de Pouso Alegre-Sul, Lafaiete Pio Almeida, a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de mudas j\u00e1 \u00e9 realizada h\u00e1 quatro anos pelo clube. A proposta dos organizadores \u00e9 que as \u00e1rvores distribu\u00eddas sejam plantadas e cuidadas pelas fam\u00edlias que participaram da a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia \u00e9 utilizar o plantio como uma ferramenta de educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, aproximando crian\u00e7as e jovens das pr\u00e1ticas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cQuero agradecer o incentivo dos nossos alunos e pais da fam\u00edlia Anglo.
