Clientes relatam mais de R$ 600 mil em preju\u00edzos. Advogado que representava empresa, renunciou \u00e0 Defesa.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/09\/16\/clientes-relatam-problemas-com-agencia-de-viagens-e-citam-prejuizos-de-200-mil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">O caso foi divulgado nesta semana pelo Terra do Mandu<\/a><\/span>. Entre as reclama\u00e7\u00f5es, clientes relatam que chegaram aos destinos sem passagens, hospedagens ou traslados previamente confirmados e que, em alguns casos, precisaram desembolsar novamente para conseguir viajar ou retornar ao Brasil.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a PCMG, o inqu\u00e9rito policial est\u00e1 em andamento e pessoas relacionadas aos fatos est\u00e3o sendo ouvidas. A equipe respons\u00e1vel tamb\u00e9m realiza levantamentos e outros trabalhos investigativos necess\u00e1rios ao esclarecimento do caso.\u00a0<em>&#8220;T\u00e3o logo o inqu\u00e9rito seja conclu\u00eddo, novas informa\u00e7\u00f5es poder\u00e3o ser divulgadas&#8221;<\/em>, completou a nota.<\/p>\n<p>Um grupo de WhatsApp foi criado por supostos clientes que tiveram preju\u00edzos. Reunindo os valores apontados por cada um, h\u00e1 cerca de R$ 620 mil. Vale ressaltar que os dados n\u00e3o s\u00e3o &#8216;oficiais&#8217; e foram apontados pelos clientes, que supostamente tiveram problemas com a empresa. No <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reclameaqui.com.br\/empresa\/up-viagens\/lista-reclamacoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reclame Aqui<\/a>, por exemplo, aparecem registros recentes envolvendo problemas com viagens para destinos como Chile e Macei\u00f3 e pedidos de estorno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">O Terra do Mandu tamb\u00e9m procurou o Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Minas Gerais (TJMG). Em resposta, o Tribunal informou que foram localizados v\u00e1rios processos c\u00edveis relacionados ao direito do consumidor, a maioria nos juizados especiais, contra a UP Viagens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Segundo o TJMG, h\u00e1 a\u00e7\u00f5es nas comarcas de Pouso Alegre, Po\u00e7o Fundo, Silvian\u00f3polis, Santa Rita do Sapuca\u00ed e S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo do Sapuca\u00ed.
