Nas imagens, divulgadas pela fam\u00edlia nas redes sociais, ele aparece bastante abalado e chega a pedir que a pol\u00edcia seja chamada. A grava\u00e7\u00e3o teria sido feita depois que a crian\u00e7a retornou da casa do pai, em Pouso Alegre, no Sul de Minas.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a m\u00e3e, Thais Rocha, o filho havia ido passar o fim de semana com o pai. Cerca de uma hora depois, teria ido correndo para a casa do padrasto (que segundo a m\u00e3e mora na mesma rua do pai), onde pediu ajuda e contou que havia sido agredido.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMeu filho suado, tremendo, que eu fui tentar acudir, porque ele estava vomitando\u201d,<\/em> contou Thais ao Terra do Mandu. Eu tive que tomar uma provid\u00eancia\u201d,<\/em> relatou.<\/p>\n<p>No boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, a pr\u00f3pria crian\u00e7a contou para a pol\u00edcia que o pai utilizou uma mangueira e uma chinela para bater nele, al\u00e9m de dar tapas no rosto. A crian\u00e7a foi encaminhada para atendimento na UPA Central de Pouso Alegre, onde, conforme o boletim, uma m\u00e9dica pediatra constatou diversas les\u00f5es e elaborou um relat\u00f3rio m\u00e9dico que foi anexado ao registro.<\/p>\n<p>O menino tamb\u00e9m passou pelo procedimento de corpo de delito, segundo a m\u00e3e.\u00a0<em>\u201cL\u00e1 foi constatada as agress\u00f5es f\u00edsicas, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 f\u00edsicas, como psicol\u00f3gicas tamb\u00e9m, no corpo do meu filho. Quando retornou, o pai afirmou que questionou o menino sobre o motivo de ter sa\u00eddo.<\/p>\n<p>Ainda conforme o relato apresentado pelo homem \u00e0 pol\u00edcia, a crian\u00e7a teria ficado agressiva e tentado desferir um soco contra ele. Vamos mandar ele devolver a bicicleta, n\u00f3s vamos sentar e entrar em um acordo, o que a gente pode estar fazendo melhor para o I.?\u2019\u201d<\/em>, disse.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e3e afirma que o filho \u00e9 autista e possui outras condi\u00e7\u00f5es que exigem acompanhamento. Segundo Thais, ele tem transtorno do espectro autista n\u00edvel 1, TDAH, transtorno opositor desafiador e defici\u00eancia intelectual n\u00edvel 1.<\/p>\n<p>Para entender o comportamento de crian\u00e7as autistas em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de crise ou desregula\u00e7\u00e3o, o Terra do Mandu ouviu a psic\u00f3loga <strong>Caroline Godoy<\/strong>.\u00a0Segundo a especialista, algumas crian\u00e7as autistas podem ter mais dificuldade para compreender e administrar aquilo que est\u00e3o sentindo.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMuitas vezes, essas crian\u00e7as n\u00e3o v\u00e3o conseguir lidar com o que est\u00e1 acontecendo dentro delas e v\u00e3o externalizar isso de uma forma um pouco mais equivocada. Ent\u00e3o, elas podem se mostrar um pouco mais irritadas, um pouco mais agressivas, um pouco mais chorosas\u201d<\/em>, explicou Caroline.<\/p>\n<p>A psic\u00f3loga afirma que o adulto tem papel importante nesse processo, ajudando a crian\u00e7a a entender o que est\u00e1 acontecendo e oferecendo ferramentas para que ela desenvolva a pr\u00f3pria autorregula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cQuem oferece as ferramentas aos poucos e ajuda a crian\u00e7a a compreender o que est\u00e1 acontecendo e fornece as ferramentas para que ela v\u00e1 aprendendo a lidar com ela mesma \u00e9 o adulto que est\u00e1 ali\u201d<\/em>, afirmou. A crian\u00e7a teria ido sozinha at\u00e9 a resid\u00eancia paterna para passar o fim de semana.<\/p>\n<p>Por meio de nota, a advogada da m\u00e3e, <strong>Yasmim Ribeiro<\/strong>, informou que est\u00e3o sendo tomadas <em>\u201ctodas as medidas judiciais cab\u00edveis\u201d.<\/em> Segundo ela, neste momento, a prioridade \u00e9 a sa\u00fade e o acompanhamento da crian\u00e7a junto \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es respons\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>A advogada tamb\u00e9m afirmou que as medidas protetivas e de urg\u00eancia est\u00e3o sendo cumpridas e que cabe ao Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico avaliar a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de eventual den\u00fancia formal.<\/p>\n<h3>Caso ser\u00e1 investigado<\/h3>\n<p>O pai, em flagrante, foi encaminhado para \u00e0 autoridade policial. A ocorr\u00eancia foi registrada pela Pol\u00edcia Militar e dever\u00e1 ser analisada pela <strong>Pol\u00edcia Civil<\/strong>, que poder\u00e1 reunir os depoimentos, documentos m\u00e9dicos e demais elementos para esclarecer o que aconteceu.<\/p>\n<p>O Terra do Mandu <strong>n\u00e3o conseguiu contato com o pai<\/strong> para uma manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o al\u00e9m da vers\u00e3o registrada no boletim de ocorr\u00eancia.
