A vota\u00e7\u00e3o terminou em unanimidade, sendo 13 votos favor\u00e1veis e um vereador ausente (Fred Coutinho).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"487\">A obrigatoriedade seria de op\u00e7\u00f5es de bebidas e que essas bebidas durem durante todo o per\u00edodo do evento, gratuitamente, para o p\u00fablico participante. Al\u00e9m disso, os vereadores citaram, durante a discuss\u00e3o do projeto, que ele seja aplicado em eventos que tenham p\u00fablico igual ou superior a 3 mil pessoas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"487\">O <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/cmpousoalegre.gwlegis.com.br\/proposicao\/59505\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 8.365\/2026<\/a><\/span> \u00e9 de autoria do vereador Dion\u00edsio Pereira e determina que as bebidas sem \u00e1lcool estejam dispon\u00edveis durante toda a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento, sem custo adicional para quem adquirir ingresso com direito ao consumo liberado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"487\">Pela proposta, os organizadores dever\u00e3o disponibilizar op\u00e7\u00f5es como \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel, refrigerantes, sucos, bebidas isot\u00f4nicas ou energ\u00e9ticas sem \u00e1lcool, drinks n\u00e3o alco\u00f3licos, cerveja sem \u00e1lcool e outras bebidas semelhantes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"227\" data-end=\"487\">Al\u00e9m da oferta das bebidas, o texto estabelece que os organizadores informem a disponibilidade dessas op\u00e7\u00f5es nos materiais de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos eventos e tamb\u00e9m nos locais de atendimento ao p\u00fablico. N\u00e3o seria uma obriga\u00e7\u00e3o ter todas as bebidas, mas dar escolhas e anunci\u00e1-las previamente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1164\" data-end=\"1494\">Segundo a justificativa do vereador &#8216;Reverendo Dion\u00edsio&#8217;, <em>&#8220;a medida busca garantir mais op\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo aos participantes, atendendo pessoas que n\u00e3o ingerem bebidas alco\u00f3licas, motoristas, gestantes, menores de idade autorizados a participar de determinados eventos e consumidores que optem por alternar o consumo de \u00e1lcool com bebidas n\u00e3o alco\u00f3licas&#8221;.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1705\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">O projeto foi aprovado em primeira discuss\u00e3o e vota\u00e7\u00e3o pela C\u00e2mara Municipal. Antes de seguir para san\u00e7\u00e3o ou veto do prefeito Coronel Dimas, a proposta ainda precisa ser analisada e votada em segundo turno pelos vereadores. Isso pode ocorrer j\u00e1 na pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1705\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">O Terra do Mandu ouviu um especialista, o advogado Matheus Santos, que explicou que o projeto \u00e9 legal e poder\u00e1 ser aprovado.
