Mais do que apresentar receitas in\u00e9ditas aos visitantes, o Sabores do Vale incentiva o empreendedorismo e contribui para a profissionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de empresas do setor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"1146\">Da costelinha com barbecue de goiaba ao pastel de angu, passando por lanches artesanais, paella mineira, comida japonesa e releituras da culin\u00e1ria mineira, os pratos apresentados nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o carregam hist\u00f3rias que v\u00e3o al\u00e9m do sabor.
