O empreendimento com lago, \u00e1reas para lazer, esportes, eventos e conviv\u00eancia ser\u00e1 instalado entre o bairro Vale das Andorinhas e BR-459.<\/p>\n<p>O investimento total previsto \u00e9 de quase R$ 48 milh\u00f5es, dividido em tr\u00eas etapas (veja o detalhamento mais abaixo). Os recursos ser\u00e3o municipais, federais e uma parceria p\u00fablico-privada (PPP). A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 que as obras sejam conclu\u00eddas at\u00e9 2028, a depender do cronograma das empresas que vencer\u00e3o as pr\u00f3ximas licita\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira etapa, iniciada agora, contempla as obras de desvio da rede de esgoto, com investimento de R$ 2,4 milh\u00f5es. Na sequ\u00eancia, ainda como primeira etapa, ser\u00e3o executadas as interven\u00e7\u00f5es de infraestrutura do lago. Ver o in\u00edcio dessas obras \u00e9 motivo de muita emo\u00e7\u00e3o, porque estamos tirando do papel um projeto que vai transformar a cidade, oferecer mais lazer, esporte, conviv\u00eancia e contato com a natureza para as fam\u00edlias, al\u00e9m de deixar um legado para as pr\u00f3ximas gera\u00e7\u00f5es.
