O empreendimento no bairro Algod\u00e3o tem atualmente 32 mil metros quadrados, totalmente locados para a Iveco e Mercado Livre.<\/p>\n<p>A expans\u00e3o integra a segunda e terceira fase. Com isso a \u00e1rea loc\u00e1vel para ind\u00fastrias vai ultrapassar 80 mil metros quadrados. O condom\u00ednio log\u00edstico industrial foi constru\u00eddo pela Fullwood.<\/p>\n<p>Ela j\u00e1 iniciou a obra dos dois novos espa\u00e7os. Cada um ter\u00e1 24 mil metros quadrados. A previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de gerar cerca de 700 empregos diretos e indiretos.<\/p>\n<p>A expans\u00e3o chega em apenas tr\u00eas meses ap\u00f3s a <a href=\"https:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/02\/09\/primeira-fase-do-pouso-alegre-business-park-e-inaugurada-para-abrigar-empresas-de-logistica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o da 1\u00aa fase do Pouso Alegre Business Park, em 9 de fevereiro de 2026. O investimento foi de R$ 100 milh\u00f5es<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Esse espa\u00e7o j\u00e1 abriga o Centro de Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Mercado Livre. A Iveco Autope\u00e7as, distribuidora de pe\u00e7as da montadora para todas as unidades do Brasil, vai transferida a sede de Jundia\u00ed (SP), para Pouso Alegre.<\/p>\n<p>Os novos espa\u00e7os em constru\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser utilizados para empresas j\u00e1 instaladas em Pouso Alegre ou que pretendem se instalar no Sul de Minas.
