Foto: Arquivo Terra do Mandu\" width=\"820\" height=\"461\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-13303\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Expresso Planalto \u00e9 a empresa respons\u00e1vel pelo transporte p\u00fablico em Pouso Alegre \/ Foto: Arquivo Terra do Mandu<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n<p>A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Pouso Alegre, no Sul de Minas, aprovou em primeiro turno, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (26\/5), o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 8280\/2026, que disp\u00f5e sobre as diretrizes e autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do Cart\u00e3o Municipal de Gratuidade no Transporte P\u00fablico Coletivo Urbano e Rural \u2014 PA-BUS.<\/p>\n<p>O PL \u00e9 de autoria do Reverendo Dion\u00edsio e\u00a0tem como objetivo organizar, modernizar e municipalizar a emiss\u00e3o do cart\u00e3o de gratuidade do transporte coletivo, promovendo mais acessibilidade, inclus\u00e3o social, efici\u00eancia administrativa e controle contra fraudes.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto prev\u00ea ainda a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal e intransfer\u00edvel dos benefici\u00e1rios, integra\u00e7\u00e3o ao sistema de bilhetagem eletr\u00f4nica e simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dentro do pr\u00f3prio munic\u00edpio. Ap\u00f3s a segunda vota\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara, caso seja aprovado, o projeto seguir\u00e1 para san\u00e7\u00e3o do prefeito Coronel Dimas.
