O evento reuniu diferentes manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es culturais afro-brasileiras e ind\u00edgenas em um grande encontro de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da ancestralidade, resist\u00eancia e preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das ra\u00edzes populares da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Participaram da programa\u00e7\u00e3o o Mo\u00e7ambique M\u00e3e \u00c1frica, de Ipui\u00fana, e a Congada do Ros\u00e1rio, de Machado, al\u00e9m de grupos de Maracatu, Jongo, Capoeira, representantes ind\u00edgenas e a\u00e7\u00f5es ligadas \u00e0s comunidades quilombolas do Sul de Minas.<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa teve como objetivo fortalecer o reconhecimento das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es afrodescendentes como patrim\u00f4nio vivo da cultura brasileira, promovendo a troca de saberes, apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es culturais, rodas de conversa e reflex\u00f5es sobre identidade, mem\u00f3ria e resist\u00eancia negra.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_114415\" style=\"width: 830px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-114415\" class=\"wp-image-114415 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/5e194c10-b49e-41b0-be81-5b88d3b900b3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" height=\"1093\" srcset=\"https:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/5e194c10-b49e-41b0-be81-5b88d3b900b3.jpg 820w, https:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/5e194c10-b49e-41b0-be81-5b88d3b900b3-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/5e194c10-b49e-41b0-be81-5b88d3b900b3-768x1024.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 820px) 100vw, 820px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-114415\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: Rafael Huhn<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Neste ano, os Reinados, Congados e Congadas foram oficialmente reconhecidos pelo Iphan (Instituto do Patrim\u00f4nio Hist\u00f3rico e Art\u00edstico Nacional) como Patrim\u00f4nio Cultural Imaterial do Brasil. O registro, denominado \u201cSaberes do Ros\u00e1rio\u201d, reconhece a import\u00e2ncia hist\u00f3rica, religiosa e cultural dessas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es populares, constru\u00eddas a partir do sincretismo entre tradi\u00e7\u00f5es africanas e o catolicismo popular.<\/p>\n<p>Os grupos de Congado e Mo\u00e7ambique carregam s\u00e9culos de hist\u00f3ria e resist\u00eancia. Os cortejos, cantos, tambores, dan\u00e7as e s\u00edmbolos religiosos representam a mem\u00f3ria dos povos africanos escravizados e a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das suas tradi\u00e7\u00f5es ao longo das gera\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso \u00e9 passado de gera\u00e7\u00e3o para gera\u00e7\u00e3o. Temos um compromisso muito forte em manter viva a tradi\u00e7\u00e3o dos cantos, dos tambores e da nossa hist\u00f3ria, que representa muito a trajet\u00f3ria do povo preto no Sul de Minas, especialmente em Machado\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 o Capit\u00e3o Elbiton Tingal\u00e1, do Mo\u00e7ambique M\u00e3e \u00c1frica de Ipui\u00fana, ressaltou o papel do evento no resgate da mem\u00f3ria afro em Pouso Alegre. \u201cInfelizmente, Pouso Alegre perdeu muito da sua hist\u00f3ria ligada aos Congados. Antigamente existiam congadeiros e grupos na regi\u00e3o da Tijuca. A pr\u00f3pria Pra\u00e7a Jo\u00e3o Pinheiro \u00e9 conhecida historicamente como Largo do Ros\u00e1rio.
