A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi confirmada pela C\u00e2mara, em nota enviada \u00e0 imprensa na tarde desta segunda-feira (4\/8).<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a C\u00e2mara, a comiss\u00e3o foi instaurada ap\u00f3s uma reuni\u00e3o. O pedido de abertura da CPI foi feito pelos vereadores Fred Coutinho, Israel Russo, Leandro Morais, L\u00edvia Macedo e Delegado Renato Gavi\u00e3o no dia 21 de julho deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da Mesa Diretora n\u00ba 18\/2025, a CPI investigar\u00e1 <em>\u201cposs\u00edveis ind\u00edcios de irregularidades que envolveram a remo\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada e o deslocamento irregular de pessoas em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua, a exclus\u00e3o e supress\u00e3o de registros socioassistenciais e a eventual utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o indevida da estrutura administrativa municipal durante o per\u00edodo eleitoral de 2024\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na reuni\u00e3o desta segunda-feira, foi definido que o vereador Leandro Morais ser\u00e1 o presidente da comiss\u00e3o, L\u00edvia Macedo ser\u00e1 a relatora e Fred Coutinho ser\u00e1 o secret\u00e1rio. Tamb\u00e9m comp\u00f5em a CPI os vereadores Davi Andrade e Miguel Tomatinho do Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo o Legislativo, foi definido ainda que a comiss\u00e3o se reunir\u00e1 todas as segundas-feiras \u00e0s 15h no Plen\u00e1rio da C\u00e2mara, e as reuni\u00f5es ser\u00e3o transmitidas ao vivo pela TV C\u00e2mara e pela R\u00e1dio Legislativa FM, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o daquelas que tratarem de documentos sigilosos.<em> &#8220;Nesse caso, o encontro ser\u00e1 gravado e divulgado posteriormente, caso haja aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico&#8221;<\/em>, enfatizou a C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pol\u00edcia Civil cumpriu mandados em casas de secret\u00e1rios<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>O caso tamb\u00e9m foi alvo da opera\u00e7\u00e3o <span id=\"tituloPrimeiraNoticia\">\u2018Invis\u00edveis\u2019, realizada em\u00a0<\/span>conjunto pelo Grupo de Atua\u00e7\u00e3o Especial de Combate ao Crime Organizado (Gaeco), Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e Pol\u00edcia Civil. As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pela PCMG <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/terradomandu.com.br\/index.php\/2025\/07\/02\/operacao-invisiveis-apura-suposta-limpeza-social-feita-nas-ruas-de-pouso-alegre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revelaram ind\u00edcios da pr\u00e1tica reiterada de crimes relacionados a um processo de \u201climpeza social\u201d<\/a><\/span> da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de rua por parte de agentes p\u00fablicos do Munic\u00edpio, ao longo de 2024, pelo menos entre os meses de junho e setembro.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo nota da Pol\u00edcia Civil e do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, <em>\u201cs\u00e3o investigados agentes p\u00fablicos municipais, um agente p\u00fablico estadual, al\u00e9m de particulares que promoviam, conforme as apura\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 o momento feitas, a retirada \u00e0 for\u00e7a de pessoas das ruas do centro da cidade, muitas vezes mediante uso de arma de fogo, amea\u00e7as de morte e viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica. Tais pessoas eram deixadas, contra suas vontades, em munic\u00edpios da regi\u00e3o\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Os nomes dos investigados e alvos da opera\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foram divulgados.
