A Proposta de Emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, (PEC) amplia as folgas de trabalhadores de um para dois dias na semana e reduz a jornada de trabalho de 44 para 40 horas semanais. O tema divide opini\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e1 h\u00e1 propostas para mudar o novo regime 5&#215;2 aprovado pela C\u00e2mara dos Deputados, em maio.\u00a0 O presidente do Sindicato do Com\u00e9rcio do Vale do Sapuca\u00ed (SindVale), Alexandre Magno, fala que \u00e9 preciso mais di\u00e1logo entre sindicatos patronais e de trabalhadores para adaptar e aplicar a mudan\u00e7a se ela for aprovada.<\/p>\n<p>Ele ressalta que trabalhadores e empregadores precisam de qualidade de vida com descanso, mas h\u00e1 mais reflex\u00f5es sobre o tema. Para ele, atualmente o com\u00e9rcio f\u00edsico tenta sobreviver em meio \u00e0 nova realidade. &#8220;S\u00e3o as vendas da internet, s\u00e3o as BETs, que t\u00eam tirado grande parte do dinheiro da economia das nossas cidades, nossos estados.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Para Magno, ampliar a folga do trabalhador para dois dias aumenta os custos para manter as empresas, que j\u00e1 sofrem com a carga tribut\u00e1ria. &#8220;Para a micro e pequena empresa, para o empres\u00e1rio que \u00e9 a grande maioria, que emprega mais de 50% da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, com certeza vai pesar e muito.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A PEC abrange dom\u00e9sticos, comerci\u00e1rios, atletas, aeronautas, radialistas e outras categorias vinculadas \u00e0 CLT e leis especiais e, mant\u00e9m escalas como a 12&#215;36 por acordo coletivo. Em ambas, h\u00e1 limite m\u00e1ximo de 40 horas semanais.<\/p>\n<p>Eduardo Alceb\u00edades, diretor do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores do Com\u00e9rcio em Pouso Alegre e Regi\u00e3o (SINECOM), diz que a luta pelo fim da escala 6&#215;1 \u00e9 antiga. &#8220;S\u00f3 foi aprovada (pela C\u00e2mara) porque houve grande manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o popular de toda classe trabalhadora e sociedade civil pelo fim dessa escala desumana, sem a redu\u00e7\u00e3o salarial.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O texto enviado ao Senado prev\u00ea redu\u00e7\u00e3o gradual da jornada de trabalho. Se entrar em vigor, cada setor abrangido tem 60 dias para mudar a escala 6&#215;1 pela 5&#215;2. J\u00e1 a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho ser\u00e1 em duas etapas. S\u00e3o 60 dias para diminuir a carga hor\u00e1ria de 44 para 42 horas semanais e, um ano para ela cair para 40 horas por semana.<\/p>\n<p>Magno alerta que um dos impactos pode ser o aumento do pre\u00e7o dos produtos. Ele detalha que ao reduzir a carga hor\u00e1rio do funcion\u00e1rio, o empregador ter\u00e1 que contratar mais pessoas ou investir em tecnologia, repassando esses custos, ao consumidor em diversos setores.\u00a0&#8220;Porque o empres\u00e1rio n\u00e3o pode ficar no vermelho.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>E na vis\u00e3o dele, &#8220;o funcion\u00e1rio mant\u00e9m o seu sal\u00e1rio, s\u00f3 que as coisas encarecem. Ou seja, por mais que ele continue recebendo o mesmo valor e trabalhando dois dias a menos, ele vai continuar tendo um custo alto na sua vida&#8221;. As federa\u00e7\u00f5es do com\u00e9rcio trabalham para pedir a adapta\u00e7\u00e3o ao texto, &#8220;com um tempo mais prolongado&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>O Governo Federal aponta que o fim da escala 6&#215;1 vai beneficiar 37 milh\u00f5es de trabalhadores do regime CLT. Para o diretor do SINECOM, os benef\u00edcios ser\u00e3o sentidos por funcion\u00e1rios e empres\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Isso trar\u00e1 um benef\u00edcio inquestion\u00e1vel para toda a classe trabalhadora do Brasil, de modo especial pela classe do com\u00e9rcio, que mais vem sendo acometida de doen\u00e7as ocupacionais.&#8221; Ele fala que ao conversar com comerci\u00e1rios, h\u00e1 relatos frequentes de press\u00e3o f\u00edsica e psicol\u00f3gica no trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Ele acrescenta os benef\u00edcios sociais da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada e dois dias de folga. &#8220;Conv\u00edvio familiar mais adequado, um lazer mais agrad\u00e1vel e tamb\u00e9m vai melhorar a sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental.
