Novas opera\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7am ano que vem e v\u00e3o acrescentar R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o de faturamento na empresa j\u00e1 em 2020.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira (13), diretores da multinacional Unilever anunciaram o investimento de R$ 127 milh\u00f5es na expans\u00e3o da f\u00e1brica em Pouso Alegre. O grupo vai transferir para a cidade toda a linha de produtos Hellmann\u00b4s e Arisco, hoje em Goi\u00e1s. O an\u00fancio da expans\u00e3o, com a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de 200 empregos diretos e 150 indiretos, foi realizado na sede da prefeitura.<\/p>\n<p>O incremento de faturamento, quando o projeto estiver totalmente conclu\u00eddo, vai ser na ordem de R$ 1 bilh\u00e3o adicionais ao que a empresa j\u00e1 fatura na f\u00e1brica atualmente, que est\u00e1 em torno de R$ 500 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m da f\u00e1brica, a Unilever mant\u00e9m em Pouso Alegre um dos seus principais Centros de Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do Brasil, inaugurado em 2013, \u00e0s margens da Fern\u00e3o Dias.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFaz parte da estrat\u00e9gia da empresa. N\u00f3s estamos centralizando tanto a produ\u00e7\u00e3o como a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o em algumas \u00e1reas do Brasil. E um dos lugares escolhidos, pelas condi\u00e7\u00f5es que a cidade oferece \u00e9 exatamente aqui em Pouso Alegre\u201d, afirmou na coletiva de imprensa o vice-presidente da cadeia de suplimentos da Unilever, Renato Miatello. (Foto: Terra do Mandu)<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n<p>O prefeito Rafael Sim\u00f5es diz que os investimentos anunciados s\u00e3o importantes para a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de empregos e vai colocar Pouso Alegre entre as primeiras cidades para se investir no Brasil. \u201cEu digo que Pouso Alegre ser\u00e1 uma das cidades mais importantes de Minas Gerais. Que hoje ela j\u00e1 \u00e9 a mais importante do Sul de Minas. Segundo os diretores da empresa, ap\u00f3s 12 anos, o portf\u00f3lio e a demanda de produtos da marca cresceu tr\u00eas vezes nesse per\u00edodo. Nessa nova fase, al\u00e9m da maionese, ser\u00e3o produzidos catchups, mostarda e molhos.<\/p>\n<p>Hoje a f\u00e1brica produz sucos da marca Ades, sopas e temperos Knor e Arisco. A unidade de Pouso Alegre est\u00e1 com 670 funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p>A Unilever Pouso Alegre foi inaugurada na d\u00e9cada de 1970. O atual secret\u00e1rio municipal de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico, Dino Francescato, foi o primeiro gerente da empresa na cidade. \u201cN\u00f3s temos um sentimento at\u00e9 de nostalgia desse projeto da antiga Refina\u00e7\u00f5es de Milho Brasil, depois adquirida pela Unilever, se sobressaiu em n\u00edvel mundial por ser uma f\u00e1brica modelo para toda a companhia.
